IPTV+18 terms, notice and privacy

Everything on iptvplus18.com, and every subscription sold through it, is intended solely for adults who have reached 18 years of age, or the higher legal age of majority where they live. By browsing the site or ordering a plan you confirm that you meet that requirement. If you do not, please leave now.

The service includes an 18+ section protected by a personal PIN. Keeping that PIN private and preventing minors from accessing the adult groups on your devices is your responsibility. Most player apps can lock or hide those groups; the adult PIN guide explains how.

What follows are the IPTV+18 terms, the privacy statement and our approach to refunds. Should you need our company details, ask on WhatsApp or by email and we will send them.

1. What we provide

IPTV+18 provides access to an internet TV service: live channels with a programme guide, an on-demand library and an adult section, delivered through a login (Xtream codes or an M3U link) used in third-party player apps. Plan contents and prices are described on the plans page at the time you order.

2. Your account

Credentials and the 18+ PIN are issued to you personally, as the legal account holder. Concurrent streams are capped according to the tier purchased. Sharing, reselling or publishing your login, or using it beyond your plan’s screen count, is not permitted, and we may suspend lines used that way.

3. Duration

Yearly plans run for twelve months from activation and do not renew automatically. Lifetime plans are paid once and remain active for as long as the service operates, subject to the IPTV+18 terms.

4. Third-party apps and devices

Every player app referred to on this site is published by an independent developer. We do not control them, their features or any fees their developers charge. Your device, internet connection and app choice are your responsibility.

5. Your responsibilities

It is up to you to make sure your use of the service respects the rules where you live, including any legal requirements on adult content and on internet television. Nothing on this site is legal advice. If you are unsure what applies in your country, check before ordering.

A few rules keep the service fair for everyone, and they form part of the IPTV+18 terms you accept when ordering.

• Do not share, resell or post your login or PIN anywhere, including private groups.
• Do not try to access servers, accounts or parts of the service that are not yours.
• Do not record, rebroadcast or redistribute streams from the service.
• Do not allow anyone under the legal age to watch the 18+ section on your devices.
• Do not use automated tools that overload the service or disguise the number of screens in use.

We work to keep the service running smoothly. Capacity is spread across several machines, and reported channels are investigated. Even so, internet TV depends on many links outside our control: source feeds, networks between our servers and your home, your own connection and your device.

For that reason the IPTV+18 terms give no guarantee that the service, or any particular channel, will be available at all times or free of interruptions, buffering or picture changes. Channel lineups can change over time as sources change. Where a problem is on our side, we aim to fix it promptly and to keep you informed on WhatsApp.

Accepted methods are credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cryptocurrency, gift cards and bank transfer. Orders paid by bank transfer receive a 10% discount on the listed plan price. All prices are set in euros; any currency conversion is carried out by your payment provider at its own rate. The charge appears on your statement under a neutral label.

The conditions for any refund are communicated to you in the WhatsApp ordering conversation, prior to payment. Please read them and raise questions at that stage. Because the service is delivered digitally and activated quickly, those terms explain what applies once your login has been sent.

Prices shown as reduced (for example €39 instead of €59) reflect our own regular price for that plan. Prices can change in the future; a change never affects a plan you have already paid for during its paid term.

We keep personal data to the minimum the service needs.

• What we collect: a delivery address for electronic mail, your messaging number, the plan you bought and the payment reference needed to match your payment.
• What we do not collect: postal address, ID documents or a record of what you watch.
• Why: to deliver your login and PIN, provide support, process renewals and changes, and meet any legal obligations that apply to us.
• Sharing: your data is never sold, nor passed on for marketing. Payment providers process payments under their own privacy terms.
• Retention: account data is deleted once it is no longer required for running the service or for meeting legal obligations.
• Your rights: by WhatsApp or at [email protected] you may request a copy of the data we keep on you, have it corrected, or have it erased once your service has ended.

Neither your account password nor your PIN will ever be requested by us in a chat. Anyone who asks is not us.

Channel names, app names and device names mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility. The guides on this site describe app settings in general terms; menus vary between versions, and we cannot be held responsible for changes made by app developers.

Links to external sites, such as the IPTV article on Wikipedia, are provided for neutral background only. We do not control those sites.

The IPTV+18 terms may change occasionally. Each version takes effect on the day it appears on this page. If a change materially affects a plan you have already paid for, we will tell you on WhatsApp or by email.
